... but it was decided that more supplies were needed so we headed to Columbia Road Flower Market to stock up on climbing plants. Arms laden, we were ready to commence with our adventure.
In preparation Agent Bristly Pioneer had been on a scouting mission, discovering a wealth of disused walkways and sneaky hiding places throughout the Square Mile where our ivy could languish undisturbed...
Agents Undecided, Zargof and Bristly decided to go for the 'dare-devil' approach to planting whilst Ladybird was happy to find her growing spots a little more on ground-level...
The prize for the most glamorous display of the day was awarded to Greenman and Bristly for their 'modern interpretation' of a trellis installation...
... whilst Nutroast won the 'find the biggest trellis' prize...
... and last but not least, the coverted award for best 'Oh my God! Is that the police?!' face goes to... Agent Zargof.
After a hard, but rewarding day's work we headed to the nearest pub for a well-deserved beer...

With many thanks to (from left to right) Agents. Zargof, Mojococo, Undecided, Nutroast, Greenman, Bristly Pioneer and Ladybird.
